Each week, be prepared to learn something new from one of those styles leading to a choreographed routine which will be unique to each style. Jersey native, and inspired by his international roots, Daniel is sure to leave you challenged but fulfilled in both of these dance styles.
What is Afro Dance: A combination of energetic unique movements that originate in Africa. The music is influenced by many different genres such as British house music, hip hop, dancehall, soca, Jùjú music, highlife, R&B, ndombolo, Naija beats, Azonto and Palm-wine music.
What is Jersey Club: A style of electronic club music originated in Newark, New Jersey in early 2000s. Pioneered by DJ Tameil and member of the Brick Bandits crew. This is an uptempo dance influenced by house and hip hop music.
